Description

The previous High Medic of the Imperius Medic Order. He is currently serving his indefinite exile after a freak accident concerning a macroreptile and the huge clock tower at the center of the Medic Order HQ in New Vienna. The present High Medic aims to take him captive. He used to be cheerful and outgoing, now, he is a cold and double-tongued "Specialist" who calls himself Herr Van Els.
